iQue VC Circle is a startup-investor networking platform designed to facilitate connections, deal flow, and collaborative diligence within the venture capital community. We do not provide investment advice, act as a broker, or guarantee any funding outcomes.

To access and use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as required.

• Investors must independently conduct due diligence on any opportunity encountered through the platform
• Startups must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information about their ventures
• All users must act in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
• Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Engage in any illegal activity through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission

All investments carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of capital. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any securities. We do not guarantee investment returns of any kind.

Listing or participation on the platform does not guarantee funding, investor interest, or any specific outcome. iQue VC Circle makes no representations regarding the likelihood of any transaction or investment being completed.

Where applicable, fees for membership or services are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. All payments are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

All content, branding, design, software, and materials on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of iQue VC Circle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant iQue VC Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use such content in connection with platform operations. You retain ownership of your content.

While we take reasonable measures to maintain platform security, we do not guarantee the confidentiality of information shared between users in interactions or deal discussions. Users are advised to exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.

iQue VC Circle is not a party to any deal, agreement, or dispute between platform users. We are not responsible for the outcome of any interactions, negotiations, or transactions conducted between users through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iQue VC Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iQue VC Circle and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for legal and compliance reasons. You may also request account closure by contacting us.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, or other circumstances outside our control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
